The PM has assigned the Ha Noi People’s Committee to review and complete its socioeconomic development strategy till 2030 and a vision to 2050.
The complete strategy should clearly show the role and status of Ha Noi as the capital city and the country’s political, economic and cultural center, as well as its role in the development of the Red River Delta.
The strategy should also clearly define development orientations, tasks and implementation measures.
The strategy is required to match smoothly with the national socioeconomic development strategy, the Ha Noi socioeconomic development plan and the Ha Noi construction plan already approved by the PM.
