Deputy PM Nguyen Thien Nhan made the request on Tuesday at his meeting with relevant ministries and agencies to discuss the draft document which has been developed during the past months.
The important master planning scheme will be discussed at the Government’s regular meeting at the end of this month.
The purpose of the scheme is to concretize the Vietnam Strategy for 2011-2020 socio-economic development in term of human resources to make sure that Vietnam would have a skilled labor force by the next decade, said Deputy PM Nhan./.
