What do you want Vietnam to be in 2035 and how to get there? For the first time, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh and World Bank Vietnam Country Director Victoria Kwakwa is hosting an online discussion on policy options for Vietnam’s development toward 2035.

This is one of various activities toward the development of the “Vietnam 2035” report, a joint study by the Government of Vietnam and the World Bank. The study focuses on how the country can achieve its objectives to become a modern nation that is wealthy and create room for its people to prosper.

The webpage https://dsi.mpi.gov.vn/vietnam2035/en/ has been set up not only to give you information on how the preparation for the Vietnam 2035 Report is progressing, but more importantly, as a platform for all who sincerely want to contribute their experience and knowledge to the report during the preparation and consultation process, as well as in the implementation of the report’s recommendations.

The first online discussion on “What do you want Vietnam to be in 2035 and how to get there?” is open until the end of Tuesday, January 20, 2015 and hosted by Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh and World Bank Vietnam Country Director Victoria Kwakwa.
