Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment in collaboration with Chinese Ministry of Commerce organized the Vietnam - China business forum in Hanoi on October 13. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chinese Premier Li Qiang, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung, Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao and representatives of ministries, sectors and localities of the two countries attended the forum.
